冯平生,男,中国核工业北京地质研究院退休技术干部（研究生导师、中国艺术玻璃专家）,在军工科研中工作了四十年,主要从事玻璃热熔,吹制加工工艺专业、玻璃与金属封接技术,电真空光电专业。硅酸盐协会成员,同位素电接技术开发研制方面,曾获得过国家发明三等奖、五项部级奖、三项国家专利。
    多年来,在玻璃着色,不同膨胀系数的玻璃过渡封接问题,各种金属与玻璃焊接等方面进行研究并取得一定成果,培养玻璃热熔工艺专业学生26名。常利用多年的工作经验和技术,对原有传统玻璃工艺进行改进和提高。2005年4月,利用以上技术制作的玻璃工艺品“玉露金秋”和“晨园争艳”。

Feng Pingsheng,male,is a retired technical cadre from China Nuclear industry.He is a tutor of a postgraduate student.He engaged in war industry research about forty years.He mainly goes in for fusing glass,blowing processing,welding technology between glass and metal,electric-cacuum and photoelectricity subject.He is a munber of Chinese Ceramic Society and the director of isotope Eclectric-vacuum Committee.He once winde the third state invention prize,five ministry prizes and three national patents in glass processing craff and the welding technology between glass and metal. Ror many years,he engages in coloring glass,the welding between glass which has different coefficient of dilation and the welding between glass and metal,at the same time he makes certain achievement.He trained 26students in fusing glass industrial and arts object.He often improve traditional glass crafts,by his years experiences and technologies during his spare time.He made two works named CLEAR DEW AND GOLDEN AUTUMN.
